Prima Facie, a monologue by Suzie Miller, tells the story of Tessa, played by Débora Falabella, a successful lawyer who deals with people accused of sexual violence. Faced with a personal crisis, she questions the justice system, social values and the status of women. The play brings up issues such as inequality, abuse of power and the complex power relations in the legal and social context.
