Discover the new acceleration program for social and environmental organizations

PRIO has just launched Impulso PRIO, a corporate volunteering program that connects the talent of its employees to social organizations across the country. The initiative aims to strengthen the institutional development of projects previously supported by the company through strategic online mentoring focused on management, leadership, fundraising and financial sustainability.

Ten organizations were selected for the program’s first edition, which will take place between June and September. Broken down into four modules—Management Overview, Leadership for Impact, Marketing and Fundraising, and Financial Sustainability—the meetings total 32 hours of activities. The aim is for the technical expertise of PRIO professionals to help increase the autonomy and efficiency of the participating institutions.

Besides offering technical support, Impulso PRIO also aims to generate mutual transformation: while the organizations receive specialized support, the PRIO employees involved develop leadership and social responsibility skills.

“Impulso I❤PRIO was created with the purpose of strengthening the social organizations already supported by PRIO, promoting improvements in management processes and contributing to the financial sustainability of these institutions. The initiative is part of the company’s social responsibility strategy and marks an important step forward in consolidating a consistent and lasting impact ecosystem,” says Camilla Imperial Daher, Events and Sponsorship Coordinator at PRIO.

The results will be evaluated in October, with measurement of the impacts generated by each organization. With Impulso PRIO, the company is going one step further, promoting mutual growth between its professionals and the agents of transformation in the communities where it operates.
