About Wahoo
- PRIO currently has a 100% stake in the consortium
- It has the potential to produce over 125 million bbl of oil in the pre-salt layer
- The Field Development Plan involves interconnecting Wahoo with the FPSO Frade
- The oil in the field is of excellent quality: API gravity of 30°, low viscosity and associated gas
31,9 thousand
Daily production (boepd) in 1Q26
3,3 mi

*The numbers refer to the production and sale of Oil from the Frade + Wahoo Cluster
The Wahoo is one of the fastest fish in the ocean, reaching impressive speeds of up to 80 km/h!
Due to its elongated and aerodynamic body, this fish has great precision when hunting, cutting through the water with agility and saving energy, making it a high-performance predator in tropical and subtropical seas.
No wonder the Wahoo Field reflects the same philosophy at PRIO. It will be connected via tieback to the Frade Field, making its operation more economical and with a lower rate of emissions. A bold project to come!
