He has actively participated in the management of PRIO since the Company's relaunch in 2014, after the successful restructuring that resulted in one of the largest independent oil and gas companies in the country. He has extensive experience in several company recovery cases in sectors such as oil and gas and infrastructure. Nelson Tanure studied Economics at IBMEC, with a specialization at Boston College.

Emiliano Gomes is Non-Statutory Legal and Regulatory Director at PRIO, having joined the Company in 2015 and actively participated in the Company's turnaround process. Lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio, he has a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets – IBMEC and in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Emiliano has extensive experience in Corporate and Regulatory Law, having worked in companies such as Vesper, Globo.com, and Intelig Telecomunicações, where he was Legal and Regulatory Director.

An economist graduated from PUC-Rio, he was an associate at Banco Votorantim, where he worked for 11 years at large corporate in structured credit, equity, capital markets and derivatives operations. In the last 5 years, he served as main partner and executive at BX Capital, having worked on several M&A operations, debt restructuring, purchase of stressed credits, legal fees and court orders, including Oi Telefonia, ZPMC Holdings and BTG Pactual. He is an active investor in local and international markets.

Como sócio da Squadra, atuou por um ano como Diretor Financeiro e de Relações com Investidores da Brasil Brokers Participações S.A. É formado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ, com especialização em logística pela Coppead. É membro independente do Conselho de Administração do Grupo Technos S.A., da Santos Brasil Participações S.A., e da Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – ELETROBRAS.

Flávio Canto is one of the greatest judokas in the history of sport in Brazil. He was an Olympic medalist at the Athens Games in 2004 and a medalist at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo in 2003; Winnipeg, in 1999 and Mar del Plata, in 1995. After retiring from professional competitions, he founded Instituto Reação, a non-governmental organization, which promotes human development and social integration of children and adolescents through sport and education. Currently, Mr. Flávio Canto is the Chief Executive Officer of Instituto Reação and managing partner of FC Esporte Ltda., which are not part of the Company's economic group and are not controlled by a shareholder of the Company who has a direct or indirect interest equal to or greater than 5% of the same class or type of Company security.

An economist graduated from PUC-RIO, he was the partner responsible for the company analysis team at BTG Pactual bank, an investment bank and also an analyst responsible for covering the oil and gas sector in Latin America at BTG Pactual. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais (Copasa-MG) and Omega Geração S.A. Gustavo Gattass was recognized as one of the three greatest analysts in the sectors covered in both Latin America and Brazil on several occasions during the last 10 years by Institutional Investor magazine and, with the company analysis team, also recognized among the three best over the last few years.

Márcia Raquel Cordeiro de Azevedo is a partner at Falconi Consultores de Resultado, where she has worked for over 20 years as a management consultant on projects in the oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, civil construction, education, entertainment, transport, third sector, hospital segments , telecommunications, dairy, and state and local governments. She is an instructor of Process Management, Routine Management and Management for Results courses. Marcia Raquel Azevedo has a degree in administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a specialization in organization management and human resources, and an MBA in finance from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Roberto was Director of Operations at PRIO, which he joined in 2014. Previously, he was Financial and Investor Relations Director at OGX Petróleo e Gás. He also served as Financial and Investor Relations Director at OSX, which operates in the naval and offshore industry. Previously, he held several positions at America Latina Logística - ALL, including Operations Director and Executive Director - Argentina. Mr. Roberto Monteiro has a degree in civil engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP - São Carlos) and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School.
