PRIO highlights high performance, social impact and training of qualified workforce for the industry during ROG.e 2024
PRIO ended its participation in ROG.e 2024 having stood out at the event. The company participated in three strategic panels, besides promoting over 20 lectures and interactive interactions at its booth, focusing on innovation, sustainability, training professionals for the industry and generating social impact, attracting thousands of people.
“For us, participating in events like this, and supporting them, are very important, not only to exchange ideas and make new connections and business, but also to reinforce our brand, values and way of working with partners. In this edition, we wanted to bring dynamic activities and a very distinct identity that represented the bold essence of a brand that goes far beyond oil and gas. We are a B2B company in a traditional market that is growing and still has many changes ahead, and we want to be at the forefront of it,” says Olivia Richardson, Head of Marketing and Communications at the company.
In the Strategic Talks panel, PRIO CEO Roberto Monteiro discussed the company’s evolution and the next steps in the growth of oil production in Brazil. Moderated by Gabriel Barra, Director of Citi, the conversation addressed new opportunities, in addition to the regulatory challenges faced by the industry.
Francilmar Fernandes, PRIO’s Chief Operating Officer, participated in the panel “The role of independent companies in diversifying E&P activities”, highlighting the relevance of companies like PRIO in the development of the energy sector, bringing innovation and flexibility to the market, in addition to complementing the activities of large companies, increasing competitiveness and encouraging the adoption of more agile and efficient practices.
At the Young Summit Arena, Flavio Canto, PRIO advisor, and Élida Gurgel, People and Performance Manager, discussed the role of young talent in the oil and gas industry, and showed the success of the Reação Offshore project, one of the social initiatives supported by the I🖤PRIO platform PRIO that trains qualified workers for the industry.
At the PRIO booth, located in the main warehouse, visitors participated in an interactive activity about the company’s history and culture, in addition to purchasing shirts with proceeds going to the Favela Brass project in a matching donation campaign – for each sale, PRIO added the same amount to purchase new instruments for the project. Other attractions included live painting, caricatures, giveaways such as mini terrariums and pins, as well as a lively happy hour featuring Favela Brass, one of the projects supported by the I🖤PRIO platform.
