Connecting initiatives that create positive impact

At PRIO, we believe that growing sustainably also means creating value for society. We aim to support initiatives that leave a positive legacy, foster transformation and contribute to the development of people and the regions where we operate.

The Projects Portal is the official channel for organizations and applicants to submit initiatives that may be supported by PRIO. In the Portal, you can review our guidelines, assess your project’s alignment with them and learn how the evaluation process works.

Real impact. Lasting legacy.

Responsible for structuring and strengthening the company’s social and environmental initiatives, the PRIO Institute manages and develops projects that promote sustained, long-term transformation.

The PRIO Institute was founded as a non-profit organization, advancing projects that combine development and sustainability with efficiency, technical expertise and courage. Our work connects ecosystems, communities and knowledge to turn good ideas into concrete solutions.

After helping rewrite unlikely stories, it’s time to bring that same energy to new fronts: from artisanal fishing to the marine economy, from biodiversity to environmental education.

Sponsorship
Request

If you have a project aligned with our pillars, the first step is to apply through the Projects Portal. It is through this platform that we receive, organize and evaluate all proposals.

It is important that the application includes all required information so the project can go through the evaluation process properly. The assessment considers technical, financial and compliance aspects, ensuring initiatives are aligned with PRIO’s guidelines.

If the project is approved and carried out using its own resources, whether technical-institutional or cultural, the applicant must also submit an execution report and financial accountability records through the platform.

How the process works

The Projects Portal is not linked to a specific call for proposals. We continuously receive initiatives that go through a structured evaluation process:

1

Project submission

You complete the form with information about your initiative

2

Alignment review

Projects are assessed based on their alignment with PRIO’s pillars and guidelines.

3

Committee evaluation

A committee made up of socio-cultural and socio-environmental professionals meets quarterly to review submitted projects.

4

Feedback to applicants

Approved and non-approved projects receive feedback within up to 6 months after submission, directly through the Projects Portal

We recommend assessing whether your initiative is aligned with our pillars and meets the criteria of impact, relevance and feasibility.

Our goal is to support projects that foster real transformation and are aligned with PRIO’s purpose.

Submit your
project

If your initiative is aligned with our pillars and you want to make an impact alongside PRIO, access the Portal and submit your proposal.
